WHY WE’RE HAPPY TO NOT BE A GIFT CARD

CARD LOADS:
A gift card is a non-reloadable, temporary, disposable card with a set stored value on it. Gift cards can either arrive at your destination “blank” and then are manually loaded one card at a time by your staff, or they can arrive with a predetermined value on them.

GSL Solutions offers a Prepaid EFTPOS Card or Prepaid VISA Card, which remains valid for 3 years, and can be reloaded again and again with promotional wins, through the conversion of your venue’s loyalty points into a dollar balance, or with the member’s personal funds for a higher balance. This continues to drive the member back to YOU for additional wins and loads.

REDEMPTION:
Many traditional gift cards have a far greater restriction in the number of outlets at which they can be redeemed. Some of Australia’s leading gift card providers only have a handful of specific retail outlets where the card can be used! 

Your venue’s Prepaid EFTPOS Card however, can be used at all major stores that offer gift cards, and at 60,000 retail and service outlets across Australia – over 400,000 terminals nationwide** and the Prepaid VISA Card can be used in 29 million places both online and internationally*. So instead of just being able to use them at the major grocery outlets, hardware stores, petrol stations and bottle shops, cardholders can also use the cards at their doctors, at restaurants, to pay bills and school fees, literally wherever EFTPOS and VISA prepaid is accepted**.

SECURITY:
If most gift cards get lost or stolen, the cardholder loses the entire value of the card. Like cash, it’s gone.
With the GSL Solution, your members can report their Prepaid EFTPOS Card or Prepaid VISA Card lost or stolen any time of day and the card will be blocked so they can feel secure knowing it can't be used. In addition, a replacement card can be issued from your venue direct to your member with funds transferred within approximately 15 minutes. Both cards are also PIN protected, which not only provides a higher level of security, but reduces the need to carry cash.

GIVING BACK TO THE CLUB:
